Safari Adventure: July 9th–13th
6 – 8 years
Around the world, in just one week!
From the frozen tundra home of our Arctic Wolves, down under into our Australian outback full of kangaroo, wallaby, and kookaburra; campers will spend each day on a different continent of the world, identifying the animals that call it and its diverse natural environments home! Campers will focus on species represented in the park’s collection, identifying their role in the natural ecosystem, adaptations, facts, and other fun! The perfect camp for your animal lover – a new appreciation of, and education on, the entire park’s animal collection!
King of The Jungle: July 16th–20th
Take your place in our Royal Court!
Welcome and honor the park’s new Royal Family, with a week dedicated to the King of the Jungle – the African Lion! The entire week will be a “royal affair” mixing the play on royalty with our African carnivores. Your camper will become a prince or princess in our royal court, discovering the purpose, social structure, and behavior of our lions in their kingdom of Africa. The week will also touch the coexistence and behaviors of other animals in the kingdom; visiting with hyenas, giraffes, zebras and more– the perfect week for your Lion King / Lion Guard fan!
Safari Adventure camp is a perfect lead up to King of the Jungle, should your camper do both!
