Animal Adventure has become one of the most sought after school trip, summer rec, and summer camp destinations in the area! For that reason, book early, we fill up fast!

Appropriate for all ages, no where else can you experience our hands-on, interactive, educational approach to such a large and diverse collection of animals.

Our educational signage around the park can assist with your developing a lesson, activity or scavenger hunt! Ask us how we can help!

Below, you will find the basic information about your group visit with us, to help you prepare and plan your stay!

NEW Food Policy for 2018!

School Groups Food & Drink Variance: (during School Term, on Weekdays)

You are encouraged to bring bag lunches or purchase our Box Lunch option! Our NEW designated School Group lunch area will create seamless transition from park time to lunch time and provide shaded/sheltered space for all students.

All food and drink items brought into the facility must be consumed in the specific designated area – not in the general park facility – to avoid any risk to our animals.

Please have your lunches contained into boxes or coolers for easy transport by our team, from your bus to the designated lunch area inside the park!

Lunch times and locations will be indicated in your booking confirmation e-mail from our team.

Tables, restrooms, hand wash sink & trash receptacles provided.

Concessions are available on site with both traditional and healthy fair, appropriate for all ages.

All Other Groups:

Per park policy, no outside food or drink can be brought inside the facility outside of the variance period granted for our Schools & Groups when in term. We ask that you engage in our Box Lunch or concessions options. Catering menu for our Party Barn available upon request. If needing to bring your own meals, we encourage you enjoy them before or after your visit.

A lunch space can be provided if required for children’s organizations, camps, etc. Please indicate your need in the “Special Requests” section of the group reservation form. You will be guided to this when filling out your Reservation Request.

BOX LUNCH $5.00

Hot dog or Smuckers Uncrustable PB&J, bag of chips, fresh fruit, choice of Juice box or bottled water.

See, Touch, Learn!

During your group’s visit you will be able to experience our keeper talks performed on the hour. If you are a School Group, during school term, you will be assigned a specific Keeper Talk time and location in your reservation confirmation email. Our Keeper talks allow guests to get hands on with our animals while benefiting from the educational lectures.

Group Rate & Reservation Attendance Policy

Group reservations must be made 96 hours in advance of your visit, to allow proper time for confirmations and invoicing. Group rates apply to non-school groups meeting the requirement of 20 paid admissions.

Your group is required to give the final number of students and chaperones no later than 48 hours prior to your visit. You will be billed based upon that number. Refunds for missing attendees will not be credited the day of your visit; this is due to additional staffing on site for your visit, and your reservation limiting other groups from attending, which is based on reported group attendance numbers. The policy is in place due to prior situations.

In the event more guests come than anticipated, we can generate an additional bill/invoice on site for the additional admission fees, however all fees to be paid at time of visit. No exceptions.

If paying with a Purchase Order (PO), a printed copy must be brought by your group the day of your visit to be presented as payment to our admissions team. Failure to do so will require the district to email PO prior to entry that morning. Please do not mail your PO.

Again, you may make changes up until 48 hours in advance of your visit.
