Critter Camps

 

Join us for a WILD week (or two) of Summer Fun!

Campers will have a structured day of interactive learning with our Animal Adventure Counselors, Animal Care Staff, and Animal Ambassadors. The day begins with a welcome activity based on the day’s lesson, teacher lead group learning session, snack, outdoor classroom learning in the park, activity/game application of the lesson, wrap-up activity.

Each week will include Animal Shows & Spotlights, free time in the park, and a souvenir photo of your camper and one of our critters!

Wet & Wild Adventure: July 8th – 12th

NOW IN SESSION

Flamingo Frolicking, Capybara Cannonballs, Water Buffalo Wallowing, Otter Antics!  Campers will learn them all during this Wet & Wild session of Critter Camp! Lessons will revolve around waterways and the animals that call them home!  Our teachers will present the many adaptations, behaviors, and life cycles of our species – in a fun and interactive manner – that will have campers enjoying a mix of seated activities and on-the-go learning!  Ready, Set, Wet!

The nursery is always full during the warmer months at Animal Adventure, and now your camper will get to experience hands-on learning and activities, revolving around the care of our youngest and newest residents!  Teachers will focus on the different species at the park, with a focus on the unique and remarkable starts our offspring have, and how they grow with and without the help of their parents! Expect a cuteness overload when your young ones, meet ours!  Rumor has it – a baby giraffe just may make an appearance in 2019!
