TEAM LEAD

DEPARTMENT: GUEST SERVICES

Position will be 40 +/- Hours per week

A lead position requires an individual to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Generally speaking a regular shift will be scheduled from 9:00 am-6:00 pm with allotted breaks throughout the shift. 

Guest Service Team Lead positions are the main point of contact for inquisitive guests, and guest services team members in the park. Team Leads act on behalf of the management team to ensure all park, and governing body standards and protocols are followed by the Guest Service Team Members. Team leads are considered the hub of information and services. They must maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction at all times. 

Team Leads rotate throughout the facility during scheduled shifts tending to the needs of our Guest Services staff members, and providing quality guest experience to park visitors. These positions require the ability to remain active and engaged, and the ability to move throughout the park with ease working at all points of sale, as well as, recognizing and reporting needs across the facility that will maintain park standards, and a manicured appearance to our guests. 

Desired Candidates: 

  • Have a proven track record of integrity
  • Have prior leadership experience
  • Able to lead team by example through words and actions
  • Create a positive work environment for all team members and guests of the park
  • Possesses superb communication skills
  • Have basic experience in any, or all, areas of: Inventory control, retail stocking, food service, POS operations and cash handling
  • Pay attention to detail, and have the ability to maintain a clean and efficient work space, as well as the ability to ensure and enforce other staff members are keeping to standard
  • Have ability to problem solve, take initiative, and possess ingenuity
  • Able to stand/remain on their feet for extended periods of time, and move through the park with ease
  • Able to lift 50lbs, to provide assistance with stocking/restocking all guest services areas. 

Compensation

  • Hourly Position
  • Employer paid 401K once eligible after 1 year service
  • Employer paid Healthcare & Dental if eligible
