QUILLED PENGUIN CARDS

Quilling is an art form that invovles the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped and glued together to create decorative designs.  Each card is individually hand crafted and it takes the artisan approximately an hour to create each one!  Our cards feature penguins and are truly a piece of art the recipient will treasure long after receiving!  Includes an envelope and blank inside.
